     My name is Isaac and I suppose you could consider me a die hard culinarian. I was born in 85 and by 89 I was climbing the counters to cook eggs in the morning for my parents so food, cooking, hospitality; its all in my blood.

     Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America 2007, personal/private chef with a knack for food and wine pairing. Cuisine or food or grub or whatever you as an individual calls it wherever you might reside, is my absolute passion and is something I hold dear to my heart. (maybe children will take over one day)

     I'm open-minded, laid back and am interested as well as invloved in music, art, expression through all mediums, politics, and excersize to name a few. The list goes on but if you made it this far, thanks for caring. I'm a complete joker as well so be prepared and enjoy....you just never may know what I'll throw at you next....
